These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EverBasket LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to adhere to all terms, policies, and operating guidelines referenced herein.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under applicable law to place orders on EverBasket.

When creating an EverBasket account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and credentials.

We strive to source only the freshest produce, meats, bakery items, and pantry staples. Due to seasonal harvests and supply variations, product weights (especially for organic fruits and vegetables) may vary slightly from listed nominal amounts.

• Every fresh product is hand-picked, sorted, and temperature-controlled before dispatch.
• If an item is out of stock, we offer premium substitutions or immediate partial refunds.

All prices listed on EverBasket are in local currency (BDT) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and major credit/debit cards.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance and selected delivery slot, clearly itemized during the checkout step before payment confirmation.

Orders will be delivered within the designated delivery window chosen at checkout. You or an authorized adult must be available at the designated address to receive and inspect the order.

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or traffic blockades, our logistics team will proactively notify you and arrange the earliest alternate delivery window.

Doorstep Inspection: We strongly encourage inspecting produce and perishable goods upon arrival. If an item is damaged or does not meet quality standards, hand it back to the rider for an instant deduction or wallet credit.

Post-Delivery Claims: For packaged non-perishables, claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our Support Portal. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or EverBasket Wallet within 2-5 business days.

Promotional codes and discount vouchers are limited to one per order and cannot be redeemed for cash. EverBasket reserves the right to cancel orders where coupon codes were obtained or applied through fraudulent or automated means.

When using EverBasket, you agree not to:

• Use any automated scraping, bot, or spidering tool on our catalog.
• Place fraudulent or mock orders with fictitious delivery addresses.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse delivery personnel or customer support representatives.
• Attempt to bypass security features or reverse engineer system APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverBasket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be amicably resolved through our dispute resolution team.
